No Gestures for Slayers [Resolved]
We're aware of an issue where characters of the Slayer class are not able to use gestures in-game. This is under investigation and will be fixed, but unfortunately, we do not have an estimate of when it will be fixed. We will update this post as soon as we have more information to share.

Archer Pre-registration rewards not sent [Resolved]
Update 12/01/2022 22:19 CET: All archer pre-registration rewards have now been sent, and can be claimed as coupons through the Web Inventory.
The rewards for archer pre-registration (as detailed here) have not yet been distributed. At this time, we do not have an ETA for when they will be sent.
We will update this post as soon as more information is available.
Missing Mana Level Rewards [Resolved]
Update 12/01/2022 22:08 CET: All Mana Level Rewards have now been sent.
We're aware that the distribution of Mana Level Rewards is taking longer than expected and that not all players have received their rewards yet.
This is being addressed, and we will update this notice once more information is available.
Web Inventory appears empty 30/11/2021 [Resolved]
We're aware of an issue where the Web Inventory on the account management page appears empty.
Problem with receiving Twitch drops after 21/10/2021 [Resolved]
Please try unlinking and re-linking your Twitch account from your Kakao Games account, and then claiming your next drop. After that, you should be receiving any missed Twitch drops within 24 hours.
If you see a different Display Name (top right) on your launcher compared to the website, it means you have 2 accounts under 2 different email addresses and you are using the wrong email address on the website. If you cannot remember the correct email address, please contact Support and let them know the Display Name you see on the launcher.

Chick Pet Not Arriving [Resolved]
Some players were unable to claim their Chick Pet from our Twitch Drops event as the coupon in the Web Inventory was set to "Expired". This issue has now been resolved.
Please note that if you participated both in our CBT2 Twitch Drops event as well as our after-launch Twitch Drops event, you can only receive the Chick Pet once and not twice on your account.

Web Inventory Not Accessible / Under Maintenance [Resolved]

We're seeing reports that some players are not able to see the Web Inventory on their Account Management Page.
If you're affected by this, first ensure that the Display Name shown in the upper right corner of the website is the same as the Display Name shown in the launcher. If the Display Names don't match it means you're logged in to two different accounts.
If the Display Name on the website matches that in the launcher, and you still don't see the Web Inventory, try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser, or try a different browser entirely.
If you're still unable to access the Web Inventory after going through the above steps, and after the maintenance ends, please contact customer support with a screenshot of the the Account Management Page.

The CBT Participation and pre-registration rewards have been sent out during our maintenance of October 27th.
Extra pre-order Rubies missing [Steam Only]
The extra Rubies for players who have pre-ordered those packages before September 10th have been distributed on October 27th. You can find more details regarding this topic here.

If you are seeing free items in your Web Inventory which are set as "Expired", these are not intended to be claimed and were correctly expired.
If you are however seeing items from your paid purchase in your Web Inventory as "Expired", this is an issue that is currently under investigation.

Update: The issue regarding Ruby purchases and claiming rewards from your web inventory should now be fixed.
We are aware that there are currently issues with claiming rewards from your web inventory and when purchasing items from the Ruby Shop.
We are currently investigating both issues and apologize for the inconvenience. In order to fix the issues with the Ruby Shop and anything affected by it, we have temporarily closed the Ruby Shop while we are working on the fix.

[Steam Cart] Missing KCoins after Steam purchase [Resolved]
The issue that was affecting the purchase of multiple packs of KCoins via the Steam Cart has now been resolved. Players who wish to make a purchase of more than one package can do so again without fearing losing any of their coins in the process.
Players who were affected by this before can expect to see the issue resolved in the near future as we're still investigating to bring this ordeal to the best conclusion. In the meantime, we have to ask, again, for your patience and understanding while this is been worked on.

The issue with the KCoins not arriving when purchasing multiple packs of KCoins via the Steam Cart seems to be happening again.
We are currently working on a new system to resolve this issue, and in the meantime we would kindly ask you that you do not use the Steam Cart for your KCoin Purchases.
Individual KCoin purchases via Steam will be processed via correctly, so In case you wish to purchase a 1,000 KCoin and 2,000 KCoin for example, do it one by one and do not add them both to your cart.
Please keep in mind that for all KCoin purchases there can be a delay of up to 24 hours from the time you purchase them to when your balance will update in game.
We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding, we will update this article once the KCoin Cart issue has been resolved.
The issue where the KCoins were not arriving when purchasing multiple packs of different amounts via the Steam Cart has now been fixed and any undelivered KCoins have been sent to you. We noticed an issue where the web inventory showed no items and we proceeded to a maintenance in order to correct the issue. The issue that caused the crash of the EU server Andromeda has now been resolved. Players who were unable to access will be able to join back in again!

The issues that were affecting the Web Inventory have been fixed. Claiming items to add to the in-game account is possible again. Make sure the Display Name on the website matches the one in the launcher before collecting any items.

[Server] RvR disabled in all servers 24/10/2021 17:00 CEST - until next maintenance
As a temporary measure to improve the servers' performance we are going to turn off Realm vs Realm until our upcoming maintenance on Wednesday.
Please be aware that the notification system will not be turned off, however RvR will not be join-able, this is to be expected as we have disabled this feature.
For the players that have participated in RvR and are wondering what will happen with their rewards, the rewards for the 4th and 5th RvR war will be deemed a tie and the final result will be determined after the 5th RvR is over and rewards will be distributed accordingly.

As part of the investigation to locate the reason for the latency issues, we were able to detect that World Quests were partially responsible and, thus, have disabled them in all servers to improve performance. Technical Issues & Login errors
[Sound] Connected controller causing sound problems. [Under Investigation]
We are investigating an issue where having a controller connected to your PC while Elyon is running is causing problems with the sound after about 30 minutes of game-play.
As a temporary work around we suggest disconnecting your controller from your PC and then running the game again.
[Character] Character creation in Andromeda server blocked - 19:43 CEST [❕]
The option to create a character in the EU server Andromeda will be blocked for the time being to assist with the finding of the reason behind the crashes and performance issues the server is having.

[Login] Unable to write "@" in the launcher [Under Investigation]
We're aware that players using a QWERTZ keyboard are unable to write the "@" symbol in the launcher and are working on resolving this. In the meantime, you are able to log in by copy-pasting the symbol from this article or from another location.

Launcher initialization failed. (error: 3) [Resolved]
After the maintenance the Launcher initialization failed. (error: 3) has been fixed. Thank you for your patience and your help in discovering the cause!
We're aware of the error message 3 some players are getting when trying to start the Elyon Launcher. This has been reported and will be investigated as soon as possible. In the meantime, it's advised for players with this problem to close the launcher and restart it or re-download it.

Failed to initialize Steam module. (error : 1) [Resolved]
The Error: 1 issue players were experiencing when trying to launch the game via Steam has now been resolved. Please close Steam and run the game from your Steam Library to begin your download.
We're aware of an issue preventing some players from running the Elyon Launcher from Steam. We apologize for the inconvenience and will notify you once the issue is resolved.

Elyon client detected as virus during installation
There is currently an issue with some Anti-virus software (such as Symantec, Bitdefender, AVG and Avast) detecting some Elyon files as a threat. This is a false positive detection and we are reaching out to the security software providers to get our application whitelisted.
In the meantime, it is safe to add the Kakao Games installation folder to your anti-virus exceptions. The default path is C:\KakaoGames if you are unable to add the whole folder to your Anti-virus exceptions, try white-listing the Elyon_Launcher.exe located by default here: C:\KakaoGames\ELYON.
If you are using Trend-Micro Internet Security Software please also disable the Network Protection function as well, to be able to update the client correctly.

Login button cannot be clicked
If the login button when signing-in to our website is greyed out and you cannot click on it, please try deleting the last digit of your password and entering it again. This will temporarily fix the issue while we are working on a solution.
If you do not remember your password you can click on the "eye" to make your password visible, and then delete and retype a digit from your password and the Login button will be clickable again.
Incorrect password
If after resetting your password, you still see an error message that your password is incorrect, please make sure that your new password meets all of the password requirements below:
The most common cause especially when you using an automatic password generator is the password's length! Please make sure your password is not more than 16 digits long.

Unable to receive Authentication Code
If you cannot see the e-mail with your Authentication Code try checking your spam folder and filters
You should find the email in either:
- Your e-mail's spam folder.
- The Social or Promotions tab of your Gmail inbox.
If you can still not find the email, please verify that you have entered the correct e-mail address when registering. Also make sure that if you are using software such as Outlook or Thunderbird, that the software is not deleting the verification e-mail as spam and whitelist this e-mail address:

*Please note that @gmail and @googlemail may be the same mailbox, but they are different email addresses!
For Gmail users, in order to whitelist the "no-reply@playkakaogames.com" e-mail address, please follow the steps below:
- Click the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner, and then "Settings"
Go to "Filters" and then "Create a new filter" - Enter "playkakaogames.com" in the "From" field
Select "Create filter" with this search - In the box titled "When a message arrives that matches this search" select "Never send it to spam"
Click the "Create filter" button - Try to get the confirmation E-Mail sent again.
If you have whitelisted the "no-reply@playkakaogames.com" e-mail address and you are still not receiving the email, please try to request a new verification e-mail on our login page, with a different browser.
