Housing in Elyon
A house is one of the core facilities provided to adventurers that can be personalized to each individual's preferences. Houses provide both aesthetic and functional features, from the ability to decorate the exterior of your house to being able to store items and craft items. Housing is unlocked upon reaching Lv. 36.
Common Houses and Luxury Houses
The first house you own is located in an instanced space and is known as the Common House. The Common House can only be accessed through teleportation using the icon in the top left corner of your screen.
Luxury Houses differ from your Common House in that they exist all throughout the Haas Continent and boast unique appearances. As you travel through the lands you will come across small uninhabited groups of houses. You can purchase a Luxury Home by interacting with the Luxury House Move-In Guide located on the property.
Example of a Luxury House
Once a Luxury Home has been purchased by an adventurer on a given channel, it cannot be purchased by anyone else unless the current owner does not pay their regularly occurring taxes and is thus evicted from their house. If you are the owner of a Luxury House and fail to pay your taxes, you will be moved to a common house upon eviction.
Upon moving into a Luxury House, all production facilities and furniture will be reset. Storage items will remain untouched.
You can visit a Luxury house you own by manually traveling to it or by access the shortcut key [Home] on your keyboard.
Visiting Other Houses
The Other Houses option allows adventurers the opportunity to visit each other's houses. Visiting other houses can provide a spark of inspiration on how to decorate your own house. If you visit the house of another player and help with their production, you can obtain good quality seeds! You might even find a rare seed to buy at the Seed Shop of the adventurer you visit.
Production
There are several types of Production facilities such as Mines and Altars that can be used to access special, instanced minigames that provide useful item rewards on a chance.
Once a production seed is placed, there will be a short wait period before the finished product can be accessed. This production timer decreases even when you are not present at the house. All production seeds require Action Points in order to be placed in the production facility. Production facilities can have their level upgraded once the house's stage has been increased. Higher quality production seeds have a more vibrant visual appeal and generate greater rewards upon completion.
Crafting
Any house, regardless of stage, offers the ability to Craft high tier items such as Wingsuits, Armor and Weapons using materials found throughout your journey. All materials for the recipe must be present in your character's inventory to craft the chosen item.
