ERROR WITH GAME SECURITY SOFTWARE
Xigncode is a delicate software, working in the background while Elyon is running. Please make sure that you are logged into your Windows admin account and are running the game as an administrator!
While most of your applications will not cause any issues, it is possible that one of them will be falsely "suspected" as potentially malicious; in this case, you can send a blank email to email@example.com with your xigncode.log as an attachment. The automatic system will then analyze your logs and reply with more information regarding the detection.
If the automated scan service does not provide insightful results, you can open a support ticket below and one of our Technical Support agents will get back to you with more information as soon as possible.
FAILED TO INIT
This error will most often occur when Elyon is running on a non-Admin Windows account, or a Windows 10 system with an Insider/Technical Preview build; downgrading to the latest Stable build will resolve the problem.

AUTOHOTKEY (AHK) SCRIPTS
All AHK scripts are prohibited from use. If any are found on your system (in use or not) while Xigncode is running the game will halt.
Oftentimes, programs or processes running in the background can affect Xigncode negatively. When in trouble, it is advised that you restart your system with a clean boot. If Xigncode completes initialization, you may be able to find the problematic application through a one by one process elimination.
Sometimes XIGNCODE3 detects that the game has been executed multiple times at once, It can happen that even after a client shutdown, some of the Xigncode3 or Elyon processes are still running, causing the Xigncode3 error.
To sort it out, you can either restart your computer or open your Task Manager and end all game-related tasks such as Game Launcher, Cef Browser, Xigncode instances.
HOW TO GET YOUR XIGNCODE LOGS
Often, the Technical Support team will need to look at your xigncode.log file, which contains useful, non-personal information about detections that occurred by Xigncode. If you can replicate the errors, then we kindly suggest you follow the steps below:
- Launch the game.
- Once you get the suspicious program detected window, open your \KakaoGames\ELYON\Elyon\Binaries\Win64\XignCode folder
- A file named “xigncode.log” is located in this directory.
- Create a support ticket and attach the xigncode.log file to the ticket.
In the case you are unable to replicate this error, you will be able to find your xigncode.log in the following (by default installation) path above.
