Ensure the name of the config file in the Elyon installation folder matches the name of the launcher application. If the launcher file is named Elyon_Launcher.exe, the config file should be named Elyon_Launcher.exe.config - like this:
[Cash-shop] Gifting function not available
We are aware of the issue where Rubies are deducted when trying to gift items and nothing arrives to your friend's inbox/gift box. The Gifting function has not been implemented, however, consuming your Rubies should not have been possible so we are looking into possible solutions. In the meantime, we advise you to avoid using the Gift function in the Cash Shop as it will not work.
If you have gifted a friend and lost your Rubies, please contact us here to receive a refund for your spent Rubies.

The item delivery both for cash shop items and Twitch Drops items which where claimed previously but were not delivered has been fixed and you will find the items in your Gift Box. The cash-shop is fully functional again, however you will still not be able to redeem your still unclaimed twitch-drops from our website. We will keep monitoring the situation to make sure the issue is completely resolved and update you here.

Unfortunately, due to problems with the delivery of items arriving in the Gift Box
we had to disable both the in-game twitch drop rewards and any cash-shop items that you may have purchased after the server restart with Rubies you claimed before the EU servers restart. That means claiming your twitch drop items such as the Pet or Rubies will not be delivered in-game.
The issue with Twitch Drops has been resolved. You can now redeem your unclaimed twitch-drops from our website.
[Resolved] EU Server issues (Error 20009)
We are aware of the issues with the login server on EU. The European server Lenoir had to be restarted at 21:00 CEST to correct a problem and server Entara had to be restarted at 22:00 CEST as well. The servers' restart time is approximately 10 minutes, however, the login issues continue after the restart we are still working to correct the EU login server issues.

Updating your game client from CBT1 to CBT2 then creating a Slayer will crash your client
We are aware of the issue where the game client will crash upon creating your Slayer, if you updated the game using the old CBT1 build. In that case we recommend to repair your client files or perform a clean installation (uninstall and re-install the game again).

We have resolved the Browser Initialization error and worked on increasing the launcher's capacity so more players can login at the same time. If you are still experiencing some of these errors, try again in a bit.

Redeem Key Issue: Infinite loading animation
We’re aware of an issue where, after redeeming a key for the game on our website, the game will get stuck on an infinite loading animation.
This problem is now being investigated in order to be fixed as soon as possible.
Steam Log In Not Available
Steam Login has been removed from our website and launcher. This is an intended change, and you can read more about it in this announcement.
502 Bad Gateway
This error will appear when our server is overloaded due to too many requests to download Elyon at the same time. If you are seeing this error, please try again later.
Incomplete Localization (Spanish, German, French)
We are aware that during your CBT2 game-play you may come across some untranslated texts if you are playing the game in French, German or Spanish. In these situations the untranslated words will appear in English. We apologize for the inconvenience and we ask for your patience during the test phase. We did our best to complete the localization of the game before CBT2 but unfortunately due to unforeseen/last minutes updates and changes about 5% of the language files may have missing translations which will appear in English.
[Resolved][Steam] The game is not available in your region
We have identified the error and corrected it, please restart your steam client to resume your download.

We are currently aware of the following error that appears on Steam when you try to launch the game, even if you are trying to download the game from a region within our Territory of Service:

Elyon client detected as virus during installation
There is currently an issue with some Anti-virus software (such as Symantec, Bitdefender, AVG and Avast) detecting http://akamai-gamecdn.playkakaogames.com/test/Launcher/deploy/plugins/LEGO.App.Launcher.DisableX86.dll.zip as a threat. This is a false positive detection and we are reaching out to the security software providers to get our application whitelisted.
In the meantime, it is safe to add the Kakao Games installation folder to your anti-virus exceptions. The default path is C:\KakaoGames if you are unable to add the whole folder to your Anti-virus exceptions, try white-listing the Elyon_Launcher.exe located by default here: C:\KakaoGames\ELYON.
If you are using Trend-Micro Internet Security Software please also disable the Network Protection function as well, to be able to update the client correctly.

Login button cannot be clicked
If the login button when signing-in to our website is greyed out and you cannot click on it, please try deleting the last digit of your password and entering it again. This will temporarily fix the issue while we are working on a solution.
If you do not remember your password you can click on the "eye" to make your password visible, and then delete and retype a digit from your password and the Login button will be clickable again.
If after resetting your password, you still see an error message that your password is incorrect, please make sure that your new password meets all of the password requirements below:
The most common cause especially when you using an automatic password generator is the password's length! Please make sure your password is not more than 16 digits long.

Unable to receive Authentication Code
If you cannot see the e-mail with your Authentication Code try checking your spam folder and filters
You should find the email in either:
- Your e-mail's spam folder.
- The Social or Promotions tab of your Gmail inbox.
If you can still not find the email, please verify that you have entered the correct e-mail address when registering. Also make sure that if you are using software such as Outlook or Thunderbird, that the software is not deleting the verification e-mail as spam and whitelist this e-mail address:
*Please note that @gmail and @googlemail may be the same mailbox, but they are different email addresses!
For Gmail users, in order to whitelist the "email@example.com" e-mail address, please follow the steps below:
- Click the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner, and then "Settings"
Go to "Filters" and then "Create a new filter"
- Enter "playkakaogames.com" in the "From" field
Select "Create filter" with this search
- In the box titled "When a message arrives that matches this search" select "Never send it to spam"
Click the "Create filter" button
- Try to get the confirmation E-Mail sent again.
If you have whitelisted the "firstname.lastname@example.org" e-mail address and you are still not receiving the email, please try to request a new verification e-mail on our login page, with a different browser.

[Resolved CBT1] Launcher initialization browser failed
This was an error message that was appearing for players if they tried to connect outside of our Service Territory. You can check our support list of countries here. Players outside of our service territory will sadly not be able to play Elyon.
If you are within our service territory and currently still seeing this error message, please uninstall and then re-install Elyon. If that fails to assist the matter at hand, Flush your DNS and Change your DNS to Google Public DNS to resolve this issue. Finally, please also make sure that your antivirus is not blocking the launcher.
